Association of American Weather Observers

 The AWON is an online database of directories (by state) in which the AAWO community can submit their weather observations free of charge for inclusion in the database. For those of you who wish to include your data in this directory please keep in mind their data will then become public and available at all times. If you wish your data not to be public and available 24/7 online, PLEASE do not send your observations for this service. The Association of American Weather Observers makes no statement as to reliability or validity of the submitted observations and data. The information included within the AWON observation directory should be for general purposes only. Fellow observers, Meteorologists, Climatologists, schools of all levels are all welcome and encouraged to include the AWON directory of observations in any research they may be doing for a report, or otherwise. The AAWO Weather Observational Network is a free service on both sides of the spectrum with one simple slogan....free to submit, and free to use. Enter the AWON!
